A nationwide Electric Services Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with order processing, data entry, customer service, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks. We are looking for a very friendly and easygoing candidate with a great work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and employees
 - Answer the phone and resolve customer issues
 - Assist with various administrative tasks in the office including: data entry, maintain client files, update policies and documentation, and other miscellaneous duties
 - Assist with receiving emails, documents and packages
 - Assist with payroll and other bookkeeping tasks
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer oriented and friendly attitude
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good grammar
 - Accounting or payroll experience ideal, NetSuite experience a plus
 - Computer iterate, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat and Oracle
